being sore after a workout
Alot of people wonder if they should be sore after a workout They ask "should I be sore after a workout"It's ok to be a little sore ;but if your so sore the next morning that you can't move,then you need to give those muscles time to rest and repair because you have caused damage to those muscles.Check with your doctor on how long you should wait before you workout again.
